2017 Success Stories

Our success stories are filled with American players just like yourself who have found themselves on the grind since day one. With or without college experience, if a players is technical and smart enough to play at the next level, Soccer Smart USA makes that happen!

Here are only a few of our great success stories of players who have been placed both professionally and semi-professionally overseas in the 2nd - 4th tiers!

Chaim Rosarie

Chaim was overlooked by the US soccer system and was attending a Junior college when Soccer Smart USA identified his talent. At only 19, Chaim was offered a two year professional contract in the Segunda B division in Spain (3rd tier). Overlooked by the US system because he was considered "too small," Chaim proves that soccer is more than just height an power. Technique and intelligence is the name of the game.

Michael Stewart

Michael was a player from a division 2 college Eastern New Mexico University. After finding a successful career there as a 4 time all conference defender and 2 time all region he bounced from trial to tryout searching for an opportunity. Soccer Smart USA scouted him and sent him overseas to play in the third tier! After a successful career in Australia, Soccer Smart USA placed him in Sweden to play division 2 soccer in Europe! Division 2 players ARE good enough.

Ethan Nance

Ethan is a twin with a truly amazing story! Ethan was a player who did NOT attend college but continued to work both on and off the field were identified and given a chance by Soccer Smart USA. Ethan and his twin brother were offered contracts with the same team where they found themselves winning the league and gaining promotion. Just because a player did NOT attend college does not mean they are not good enough to play at the next level. Can anyone say resume builder?

Carlos Viveros

Carlos is an amazingly technical player, with a deadly left foot. He was not brought into any division one schools because they said he was "too small." Carlos then went and played at a very small division 2 NCAA school at Eastern New Mexico University where he was a stand out player but sadly still overlooked by the US soccer system. He was given a chance by Soccer Smart USA, was offered a great contract to play and went on to be one of the best players in a third tier team overseas. Not only did he deserve the chance but he made the most of his opportunity.
